For the three years 2024/2025/2026 the Remuneration of the Directors’ Board (including the President, the Ceo and administrators) approved by the General Meeting, totals Euro 20.000. The remuneration for the Board of Stautory Auditors is set to Euro 25.200. The Ceo remuneration will be reserved to the relative company.

GRANTS, CONTRIBUTIONS, AIDS AND ECONOMIC BENEFITS

The Company did not benefit from any public disbursements with reference to the financial years 2018 and 2019.

During the 2020 financial year, the Company benefited from the €1,658.00 disbursement provided by Article 24 of Decree-Law No. 34 of 19 May 2020 (the ‘Relaunch Decree’), converted, with amendments, by Law No. 77 of 17 July 2020, on ‘Urgent measures regarding health, support for work and the economy, as well as social policies related to the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19.

The Company did not benefit from any public disbursements with reference to the financial year 2021.

During the financial year 2022, the Company benefited from an interest subsidy/contribution for the provision of space at economically quantifiable trade fairs, in the amount of €2,300.00, as part of the ‘NSE EXPOFORUM New Space Economy’ project.

The Company did not benefit from any public disbursements with reference to the financial year 2023.
