AVIO ACHIEVES GENDER EQUALITY CERTIFICATION

Avio Spa has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality from RINA, an engineering consultancy, inspection and certification multinational group.
Avio is committed to the development of gender policies as part of its sustainable development strategy, considering them a core ethical value of the Company. This virtuous journey led to the certification for Equality, involving the Company as a whole, and outlines a comprehensive roadmap for the next three years. This roadmap includes the development of gender policies, equal opportunities, and a gender equality strategy. A key pillar for the Company will be the training of all employees, focusing on zero tolerance, harassment prevention, and the promotion of a culture and standards of equality.
Dr. Florinda Scicolone, Equal Opportunity and Corporate Gender Policy Expert and external consultant with Studio B-Hse, guided Avio through this innovative, cross-functional approach to developing the Gender Policy and conducted high-level training for the Steering Committee. The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Management System was developed by Dr. Massimiliano Celletti of Rcs Consulting.
