Loredana Suanno

Loredana Suanno is Head of Improvement Programs since April 2022 focusing her accountability on industry 4.0, Digital Transformation and Lean Manufacturing Programs.

After the graduation in Aerospace Engineering , she started working in Avio where she was engaged as Structural Engineer and Product Manager in the development and qualification phases of Vega Solid Rocket Motors and military propulsion systems.

From 2010 to 2014 she worked as Product Manager for Arianespace, European launch service provider, ensuring the follow-up of production and technical compliance of Ariane 5 and Vega Launchers solid rocket motors from the integration to post flight activities.

After returning to Avio in 2014, she was Program Manager and P/L Responsible of Vega propulsion systems Production Program, focusing on industrialization and costs reduction activities.

In 2020 she pursued MBA at POLIMI Graduate School of Management developing final project work on the circular economy topic.

Starting from 2021 she is Chief Impact Officer of Welfin fintech startup aiming to achieve the B-Corp certification.
